Laser kit cutting has become more widely used and very affordable in recent years. The advantages of laser cutting are huge when you consider kit cutting using traditional methods. It has come to the point where cutting a kit by hand isn't cost effective especially when cutting plywood.

One of the main problems with laser cutting is converting your paper blueprints into something the laser cutter can read. Our CAD service can "digitize" your plans and create a file for your kit cutter to use. We can also create a set of wing ribs from any defined set of root and tip airfoils.
